Who We Are

Jacob’s Ladder Development Center is a unique organization dedicated to serving veteran men with a distinctive 24-month term transitional housing program. Unlike other facilities that offer 180 days or less, we recognize the extended support needed to rebuild lives. Our comprehensive approach addresses not only housing but also crucial aspects of personal development, including mental health, substance abuse counseling, family reunification, and vocational training.

Extending Our Reach - Jacob’s Ladder Community Health Center

Jacob’s Ladder Community Health Center is an extension of our commitment to holistic well-being. Led by our Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Bi Tazdong Fomundam M.D., we aim to heal the whole person. Through our health center, we extend medical care that goes beyond the conventional, focusing on the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of our veterans’ health.
